HELLO HUMAN,

My name is Hana Stojić. I was born in 1982 in Sarajevo. At the age of ten I became a refugee. Now I am based in Berlin, Friedrichshain. I am trained in gestalt psychotherapy, systems coaching, career coaching, and Anna Halprin dance therapy .

I describe myself as a curious researcher of the world, who also dances and sings; as a woman who loves the stage; who speaks several languages fluently; a humanities scientist with vast internal spaces for resonance and pursuit of depths. As someone who knows both silence and humour. Finally, as a person who is loved and who loves. I am continuously pursuing challenges and setting new goals. But, more than anything, I like meeting people. And, of course, I love freedom.

My friends describe me as a dedicated and empathetic listener, brave and steadfast, but gentle and loyal at the same time.

After I have experienced war and exile, wishing to connect people and cultures, a long time ago, I wanted to become a translator. Psychotherapy found me long after my translation studies (University of Vienna). Along the way, I discovered that the most exciting tasks for me are exploring my own being, illuminating my own resources, entering into a successful struggle with problems and elucidating our dark sides.

And being there for another person.

Today, after many years, I can say that I am living my dream.

 P.S. I am not a refugee anymore.
